| Editorial Reviews:
From Amazon.com In the animated feature that precedes this CD, Scooby Doo joins up with Velma, Shaggy, and the gang to solve the mystery of the Witch's Ghost. Both silly and spooky, the soundtrack features tunes from Witch's Ghost, as well as selections from its predecessor, and original songs by the Hex Girls, who were assembled for this project. Headed up by former Go-Go Jane Wiedlin, the Hex Girls posture and bounce through their numbers, copping sounds from rocker-girl progenitors Pat Benatar, Blondie's Debbie Harry, and Wiedlin's old chipmunk-punk crew. Delightfully daffy, rhyme schemes run toward "The Witch's Ghost / if she catches us we're toast" and we got "packs and packs and packs / of Scooby snacks." Littered with 'toon talk like "Zoinks!" and "Jinkies!" the disc packs a playful wallop with Billy Ray Cyrus hamming up Scooby's famous surf-rock theme song. A Hanna-Barbera classic for the next generation. --Paige La Grone

| Customer Reviews: Best and original tunes ever from an animated feature! October 8, 2000 Ms. A. J. Pratt (England) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This soundtrack is a refreshing change from all the usual plain old pop songs. It still contains the old favourites though like the theme tune to keep every Scooby fan happy! But also has some excellent new sounds like those from the hex girls which will keep you listening to this cd again and again. Not only does it contain tunes from the Witch's Ghost but those from Zombie Island as well. An excellent CD to keep everyone happy, definitely a must buy!
