Good value,structured approach to phonics in line with other books available,but weak stories which don't hold child's imagination.

I bought 2 sets of these for christmas and my 4 year old daughter loves her set, each book sets a different set of letters that it concentrates on, hopefully it will help her to grasp an understanding of the english written language too but THE best bit is when I get tongue tied..Scooby screams as Shaggy stopped skiing suddenly, see?

Great set of books, my daughter still loves to read these with me over a year after we first bought them. Easy for children to use and learn, definately a good buy.

This is really a brilliant little box set, my little boys loves Scooby and this will really help his reading, there are 12 paperback books all scooby and shaggy stories and they are not too long (8 pages) so is wont get boring. Each book concentrates on different phonics and there is a list of words to look out for at the front of each book, the text is large and each page has pictures to go with the story. Also comes with a help sheet for parents, REALLY WORTH THE MONEY.
