Great Scooby Doo film! May 21, 2010 A. Sandland (Scotland) My two children aged 7 and 3 absolutely loved it. They have now watched it many times and still enjoy it. It's entertaining and only a little scary. My daughter is very sensitive, and some of the Scooby Doo films can be little too much for her, but she was absolutely fine with this one.
I would recommend this DVD if your kids are fans of Scooby Doo. They won't be dissappointed.
Amazing Scooby May 2, 2010 Ulf Claesson (Sweden) Why the heck isn't this released theatrically? The animation, the story, action, humor..it's all brilliant! Hard to believe this is rooted in the old Scooby Doo, Where Are You series (which I love, by the way) as it seems almost in the same league as Dreamworks and.. dare I say it.. Pixar, given the basic premise? The level of ambition here is staggering for a Scooby story, and I am at awe over the new direction one seem intent on pursuing. I still hold Loch Ness Monster as my favorite Scooby feature, but darn it, this has got to be #2. Well done, folks!!

I bought this DVD for my sons who are 6 and 4 years old. They love Scooby-Doo and said that this was the best Scooby-Doo DVD ever. Its funny and a very good story. There is also a short film showing how to make 3 monster puppets. This kept the boys occupied for 3 hours(!) during a wet afternoon in the school holidays. Great entertainment and value for money.

The children really enjoyed this film. The action kept them gripped for the full running time - which is unusual for my children!! - There are only a few films that they have watched all the way through in one go. I think the length of this film is just right.
My daughters favourite part of the film was the end - when they found out that the Gryphon wasn't real! She didn't like the Ice-Cream mogul because he wasn't very nice! She was glad that they kept the magic school open in the end.
My son thought that the screeming banchee was very scary and had to have a cuddle off his big sister when it came on!!
Scooby-Doo! Abracadabra Doo April 15, 2010 W. Van Wyk Review by Alex - 4 years old: That was fun!
Review by Chloe - 7 years old: What a fantastic movie. Just brilliant. It was a funny and scary movie. My favourite part was at the end of the movie during the magic show when Scooby went bark, bark and the lion went mew mew. That was so funny
Review by Mum - aged ....: We had a good laugh in some parts. It was a new story line, something not used before by Hannah Barbera which was great as we have watched so many Scooby Doos - both feature length with 'real' people and animated episodes. It wasn't easy to spot the villan early on, so it kept us guessing till almost at the end. The kids enjoyed the magic aspect as it always intrigues them. It was not too scary as both of the kids sat mesmerised till the end. It was fabulous that it was a feature length movie - the kids were captivated all the way through. A fun movie for all the family to watch!
