Customer Reviews: Terrific value April 16, 2010 Steven Greatwood (Leicester United Kingdom) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I couldn't believe the price after compairing other outlets and it was the genuine article. The kids all seem mad about "Scooby-Doo" items, so a learning game based on this is very suited to give repeatable playing.
Why Scooby-doo has gripped kids for so long stuns me, as the graphics are ropey (not in this game) and it has "Hippies" and banal phraises that don't fit today. But it does somehow hit the spot that kids react to.
If you have a "VTech" then this game is a safe bet that it will received well.
4 year old loves it March 31, 2010 Roger B (Bromley) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My 4 year old daughter loves this game, always playing it. Doens't want to play her other games anymore, only this one.
Mildly education as she has to recognise words in order to progress through the game.
The rocket 'maths' section is very tricky, just because it is very awkward to collect the correct numbers whilst avoiding the obstacles, but the underwater and rollercoaster games are fine for her.

this is one of the less educational and player friendly vtech games. my son is bored with it. i recommend aladdin instead.
Good Title but diificult for age group September 1, 2008 Brian Hamilton (Scotland, UK) 22 out of 23 found this review helpful
We bought this for my five year old daughter to play on her V Tech Smile portable. There is a good mx of games here but I have one main problem with this title.
The difficulty is set way too high, I have been playing vidoe games for over twenty years and was struggling with some of the mini games like the roller coaster. To be honest my daughter quickly lost interest in the game depsite being a hardcore Scooby Doo fan.
She has gone back and played it a couple of times since and some of the other games are a bit easier but I really do think V Tech are overestimating the playing abilities of the target age group.
